- 1. This model support Android os, we provide SDK for your second development. And support Android os is default configuration, if you do not request, we will ship item which support Android os.
- 2. This model support ios, we do not provide SDK. But if you need source code, we will provide. We will send a video to show how to connect iphone or ipad to our printer.
- 3. For Android vision, it support device with Android 2.0-4.1+ OS. For iOS, it support iphone or ipad which with Bluetooth 4.0 vision.
- 4. One printer can not support Android and ios in the same time. One printer support one os.
- 5. The power adaptor has DC power supply and car adaptor for option. Default packing is DC power adaptor.
- 6. Its default functions is Bluetooth+USB+RS232+battery, you can also request customize the functions. For example, you do not need battery or do not need Bluetooth, price will be different.
6. OEM Production:

RAM procedure:

2.Tell us serial No. of the device. We will appoint after service staff work together with you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
3.If spare parts for repairing requested, please send back the broken part together with guarantee list for our testing and we will send the spare parts or repair it to you once confirmed the problem was caused by our side. Freight cost at our charge. If the problem was made by your side, we will repair it and send it back to you. Freight cost at your charge.

Dead-on-Arrival (DOA):
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of shipment shall be deemed Dead on Arrival (DOA). DOA products will be advance replaced and shipped via express.
