1. Make sure your address and phone number is correct, we can send item within 7 working days after payment done.
2. Most of countries delivery time is 10-30 working days. But some of goods shipping may be delayed because of carrier mishandling, customs delay, import tariffs, national policy of customers, remote areas, or any other circumstances out of our control.
3. If you need more faster delivery, contact us to use DHL, TNT,FEDEX,etc and pay the extra freight cost.
4. If you don't receive package within 36 working days, please feel free to contact with us before leaving negative and neutral feedback, we will do our best to help you to resolve the problem.
5. Sometimes we will not ship by express you chose, For example: you chose DHL we may ship by FedEx IE, it depends on situation, please contact with us if you wanna choose specific express.

About Return
1. Please contact with us before you return it if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, and return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back. The freight should be payed by customer.
2. All returned items must be in the original packaging and must provide with shipping tracking number and specific reason for the return.
