Material introduction:
1) Aluminium: brand-new aluminium, not recycled. 1.2-1.5mm thickness.
2) Powder coating: all frames will be treated by powder coating. the color follows the wicker color so that it keeps the same tone from outside to inside.
3) High qulity PErattan. toxication, washablility, scalability, UV and corrosion resistance .
4) cushion: 25 density foam

1.Material:
1) Frame: Top grade aluminum frame with powder-coated, light, strong and resistant.
--The thickness of aluminum tube is 1.2mm 1.5, 1.8mm .
Diameter in circle: 28, 25, 22, 19, 16mm,
Diameter in square: 50*50, 40*40, 25*25, 20*20, 30*19, 15*15mm,which are depend on the design and what’s needed.

--Flat rattan the width is 8mm 6, 10,12 mm.
--Round rattan: diameter is 3mm.
3) Cushion and pillows: 180g-250g polyester, waterproof fabric and with zipper.
Generally 8cm thickness cushions for the sofas, beach chairs and sunbeds, 4cm thickness for the chairs. The regular size of pillow is 45*45cm. Color is optional.
4) Table-top: 5mm and 8mm tempered glass top, safe and strong.

Package:
All of our packing has to experience two working procedures
1). First packing is rattan furniture should be wicked with flexible package, and many package with waterproof bag.
2).Second is package with five layers of carton
3).Lastly, all of our packing can according to the clients requirements.
payment terms
T/T, 30% deposit before placing an order,
the balance of 70% should be paid off before loading.
Production Lead Time:
1. High Season (September to April): 35-60 days
2. Low Season (May to August): around 20-35days
