The production line of straw briquette machine
The production line of briquette charcoal machine can be divided into four steps:
- Crusher. The raw material through the mil into granular. We have model 400,600, 800, 1000 crusher machine for you choice, accroding to your requirements.
- Dryer. Using the dryer takes away moisture. The dryer machine can be divided into airflow type and rotary type dryer.
- Extruding machine. Normally, the model ZBJ-50, 80 is very popular machine, and the capacity of single machine is 180kg-300kg.
- Carbonization stove. Airflow type and self-ifniting type carbonization furnace can be used for match the production line.

When charcoal used for barbecue, the carbonization stove must be adopted. If charcoal only used for heating (like stoke boilers), this step can be elided.
