Our machine has below function:
- 1. Gelatinizing system
Underneath type hot glue box and dual screw gelatinizing system is designed to ensure easy and uniform gelatinizing.
- 2. End flushing system
End flushing system is used for remove the redundant edge banding materials.
Tracked by high frequency speed motor and profile modeling to ensure the cutting section smooth and trim.
- 3. Truing system
Truing system is used for remove the other redundant edge banding materials.
Tracked by high frequency speed motor and profile modeling to ensure the above and below section smooth and trim.
- 4. Edge scraping system
Edge scraping system is used for removing ripple marks made by truing system, which could make the above and below board smooth and trim.
- 5. Polishing system
With the cotton polishing wheel, the board could be polished well.
Automatic edge bonding machine could be designed with pre-milling and grooving function according to customers’ requirement.
