We can make the block mould as customer request.

7) The equipment has less investment, less than one third of the cost of an ordinary press machine. Due to different production process principle,the gloss and waterproof of the block is much better than which made of thick wood shaving press and sawdust board.

1. Is the time of hydraulic piston can be controlled,like increase or reduce?
Answer:Yes,the time can be controlled,just adjust the time relay in cabinet.
2. The temperature can be increase or reduce for each head?
Answer:Just set the temperature according to the output blocks and it will automatically keep constant temperature.
3. Glue info
Answer: The glue adding volume is about 15%-22%,and will depend on the raw materials and glue quality.
4. Is other adhesive to add during mixing glue?
Answer:No.
5. Is any wax to add for products more beautiful？
Answer:will depend on the custom request.If need,can add some.
6. Which part is easy ware out?
Answer:the main part no easy damage.Spare parts are some small electric elements,like travel switch,small relays and so on.
7. Is there any part to change often?
Answer:no parts need to change often,except the spare parts.
8. If spare parts need to change,how long can I get it?
Answer:If buy in local market,it’s easy,if we send to you,it will take about 7days.
9. The machine can add screw feeder?
Answer: now the machine is feeding by manual,but if you need,we can make for you.
10.Is the block can be without hole?
Answer:yes,the output block can be with hole or without hole.
11.If with hole,what is the hole size?
Answer:It will depend on your block size and your request.
12.What should we do after machine stop?
Answer:When process stop,let the piston in center;then clean the materials in mould and add lubricating oil.
13.What is the warranty?
Answer:one year
15.Is only sawdust or powder can make block?
Answer:Not good,it’s better to add half wood shavings for strength.
16.What is raw materials size and moisture?
Answer:The raw materials is better at 1*1cm,and moisture is about 10%.If over,it’s better to day.
17.What is the block density?
Answer:it’s usually 550-600kg/m3,but it depend on your request.
18.What is processing temperature?
Answer:it’s about 195-200.
19.What is processing pressure?
Answer:it’s usually 5Mpa,no over 7Mpa.
20.What is the load capacity for output blocks?
Answer:the static capacity is 3-4t,and load capacity is 2-3t.
