A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

A: No. We only sell RECUR animal toys with our own logo.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q6. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
Q8: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.
Q9: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.1%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, after our confirmation of your evidence, we will send RECUR animal toys with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
