Due to the harsh environment and high maintenance cost, GCr15SiMn with better performance is often used as the main processing material, which can also be called GCr15SiMn bearing. Wind power bearings are forged, and in order to obtain a high life, heat treatment is often used after roughing to improve the performance of the workpiece. The hardness of wind power bearings after heat treatment is generally above HRC45.

3. Advantages of Halnn CBN Tips
The hardness of the slewing bearing after heat treatment is generally above HRC45, and the channel portion is generally HRC55-62, so it is difficult to process during processing. Halnn Tools has developed the BN-S200 grade and BN-S20 grades of cubic boron nitride tools. Both materials are made of non-metal (ceramic) as a binder to ensure high hardness and wear resistance. At the same time, the impact toughness is improved, in which the BN-S200 grade belongs to the finishing process, and the BN-S20 grade can be roughing and finishing.
