3. Advantages of Halnn CBN Tips

The hardness of the slewing bearing after heat treatment is generally above HRC45, and the channel portion is generally HRC55-62, so it is difficult to process during processing. Halnn Tools has developed the BN-S200 grade and BN-S20 grades of cubic boron nitride tools. Both materials are made of non-metal (ceramic) as a binder to ensure high hardness and wear resistance. At the same time, the impact toughness is improved, in which the BN-S200 grade belongs to the finishing process, and the BN-S20 grade can be roughing and finishing.
