Product Introduction


Stainless steel Pleated cartridge is manufactured using either stainless steel wire mesh or sintered metal fiber felt. It undergoes a sintering process at each wire contact point, resulting in a robust surface-sieving porous filter cylinder. Additionally, the filter element is designed with pleats, providing a larger filter area and excellent dirt-holding capacity. Customers can choose between double open-ended or single open-ended configurations, while threaded ends are often equipped with gaskets like o-rings to minimize friction on the corrugated filter.


Compared to unsintered mesh filters, pleated sintered mesh filters allow for the use of finer wires, resulting in a higher number of pores per unit area and increased contaminant loading capacity. Moreover, Stainless steel pleated sintered filter cartridges are preferred replacements for PP filter cartridges due to their backwashing capability and reusability advantages. They find applications in corrosive liquid filtration, oxidizing liquid filtration, as well as liquid and gas filtration.


Pleated wire mesh filters consist of a fine wire filtration mesh that is folded repeatedly in a back-and-forth pattern, enabling a large surface area of mesh to fit within a compact housing. This design facilitates fine filtration with a high dirt-holding capacity while minimizing backpressure. The pleated fine mesh is supported by a rigid core or bound by stiffer coarse mesh to maintain its shape. The filter is then capped at both ends to form a complete pleated stainless steel filter cartridge.

1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.


2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
