Generally we could offer customer for 1-2 samples free without any logo print. but if you prefered to print your own logo
on the products,we will charge some sample charge cost,but it could be refundable after your order is confirmed and 
meet with our required MOQ.
3.What kinds of file you accept to make printing?
PDF,AI,EPS and any high resolution files.
4.If you could make my design shape of products?
Yes,we could make customized shape and size products. we are full of expensive to make OEM and ODM products. 
As our company have our own design and develop department,just leave your idea to us,we could give you our best 
way to solve your problem and any good idea is welcome.
5.How long can I expexted to get the samples I have required?
Genereally if you could accept our exsisting sample,you could receive samples in 1-2days after we have received your
express charge cost. but if you have required make logo printing,it will takes about 4-7days after we have received your 
sample charge cost; and if youhave required to make customized shape,size,it will takes about 10-14days to make a
new mould for us to produce it.
6.How about the lead time for mass production?
The production lead time is based on the order quanity. generally for 1000-3000pcs ,takes about 10days;
5000-20000pcs,takes about 14days.30000-50000pcs,takes about 22days; for more details,please feel

and produce the goods for you and meet with your required time.
7.How could we received goods in our country?
Generally if we shipping via air/express,it takes about 7days arrived to you.
