Description
1.Electric drive
Each drive system is linked by stiff shaft, which put off the guide force in front of the wheel .The user can choose motor of 380V or 220V in site conditions.
2.Wheel
The diameter of steel wheel is 127mm,neck of wheel covering with polyurethane is 38mm .The dynamic bearing is 120kg/ m2 and static bearing is 120kg/ m2for a high support force.
3.Dect
Type one
Standard step with 18mm thick plywood by flame resistant and water resistant. At the same time, the surface covered with0.5mm think PVC by fire wear-resisting .
Type two
This is a new material named aluminum ally step ,depth 20mm,weight 200mm with surface anodized and non-slip wire drawing.
4.Railing
It is important to the railing which make up front railing ,side railing and back railing with surface anodized and ponder coating for 200um to ensure the safetyof viewers. As importance ,the top of railing bear 73kg/m ,the middle is 146kg/m.
5.Support frame system
In the picture ,we can see no matter 2 bleacher or 16bleacher the distance between two frames of each row in the same. And the support points are the best construction loading ability of each row the same .
The stand structure is constructed to bear a load of 488kg/ m2,at the same time ,the vertical sway loads is 146kg/m and the sway paralled loads.
6.The bottom deviation proof guide system
With captive steel bottom guide walking along the bleacher to avoid the understructure sway during operation.
7.The top rectifying guide system
The top rectifying guide system with rubber wheel which is fixed by guiding to operate all the time .The top and bottom join in each other to make a stability and flexibility and let the rail no deviation when the bleacher is operating.
8.Tier catch
The automatic tier catch will lock the understructure to prevent the system keeping moving to avoid accident ,when the telescopic bleacher open and the audience walk up and down on the bleacher.

The inhibiting catch will main circuit on-off switch to avoid the system keeping moving forward to damage the equipment.
2 Sound-light alarm
It fixes the Sound-light alarm system to remind the related person to be careful.
