The hammer crushing area: the hammer blade’s material is high manganese steel. It is designed in according with the material movement. The blade can be turned around to use the other side after the other side is worn.
The screw conveying and separating area: the center blades are arranged in auger type and flapped centrifugally to separate the materials thoroughly. The blade is in leaf shape. The materials are discharged in according with their density.
The discharging area: for the convenience of maintenance, the rotary screen is three parts. The outer part is equipped with brush and water washing device to avoid any clogging.
