You have two options to get the software
**OPTION 1:
because the resetter hardware is a simple device, if you want to make it by yourself, please follow the instructions in the picture:
if you make the small device ready, pleae contact us and we will send you a small test software. Then you can make sure if the device is ready to work and if your chip can be reset or not.
** OPTION 2:
We supply you the resetter device and the software. After you receive the resetter device, you can reset the chips with our software.
** all softwares will be sent via MSN, SKYPE or trademanger.
notes:
1. After you receive our hardware device, or after you make the device by yourself, please let us know and we will send you the small test software first.
The test software will test the following 3 steps:
A. whether the hardware (device) is ok to work
B. whether your computer can run this hardware with two ports to work together
C . whether your chips can be reset
If the test of the small software is ok, we will send you the full software.
2. When you run the full software in your computer, you will see the serial number. For your information, different serial number will appear when the software runs in different computers.
3. Please let us know the serial number exactly appearing in your computer, and our engineers will make a registration number for you.
4. Then you can use the registration number to apply to reset formally.
** TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. each registration number just can work in one computer.
2. one registration number just can be registered one time in one computer. If you reinstall your computer, the registration number will be invalid. Please keep it well.
