A100 Infrared deviation correcting sensor
Deviation-correction sensor is also called rectifying sensor, it just like our "eyes", which can detect the film, paper or other materials' edge position. Infrared correct sensor is most suitable for detecting material with mesh holes, it is not used for ultra transparent materials. A100 infrared sensor can be used in 30,000V static environment, high frequency converter working situation is also can be applied.
Deviation correction sensor can be used independently and matched with other parts to be an automatic web guiding system. Web guiding system is extensive applied in packing, printing, label, construction, paper pulp, daily paper usage, cloth, wire, metal process, non-woven fabric,corrugated paper and other industries.
A200 is an ultrasonic deviation-correcting sensor, with adopts Fuji high-frequency ultrasonic probe and can detect the edges of paper, printing materials, films, transparent and ultra-transparent materials, etc. It can used for winding, unwinding, rewinding, oven outlet and other environment. The material with meshes is not available.
AE400 is an CCD camera image sensor, using an imported CCD sensor and lens, ambient light adaptive. It can track the edge of various materials, the edge of the printed pattern, contrast of the material. Tracking all kinds of printing lines (continuous line, intermittent line and double line). Real time color image display, full touch screen operation is more convenient.
