Features:

The drying speed is fast and the temperature is uniform.The drying time is 20-30minutes normally.
Principle:
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.
Applications:
Screw extruded granules ,sway produced YK series granules and granules produced by GHLseries granulator.
Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so on fields. Large granules, small blocks and adhesive material. The materials that volumes might vary during
drying process.
