Description of oil proppant

Oil proppant adopts the high quality and unique bauxite from western Henan Province in China, which is processed by unique grinding, pelleting and high-temperature sintering. The bauxites are fit for grinding. Then it is mixed with various additives, after refining and granulating, the products are of best quality. Therefore, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, high capability of leading flow and erosion resistance are among the features of the product, which makes such a kind of professional material indispensable to fracturing construction of oil or natural gas well exploration.

Oil proppant can be classified as follows:

Workshop

WANLI’s highly devoted and well-trained team takes complete care of our customers’ product-queries and concerns. We are ready to provide technical support for any questions, including but not limited to, the manufacturing process, the quality control, and the product performance.

6 production lines provide an annual output of 210,000 MT proppants of different specifications.

The raw materials are proportioned by the computer after being carried into the storage bins and crushed into powder by the cylinder ball mill, then, blown into storage bins through pipes in which the materials are fully mingled. Next, the powder is delivered to pelletizing workshop; get spraying pelletized by rotary granulators with diameter of 4m. The beads then are dried, dedustied and sieved by multi-functional screen.

Semi- finished product will be sintered in rotary kiln, and then get cooled, dedustied and rescreened. Eventually the finished product are packed and stored in warehouse.

In the raw material procurement process, WANLI processes advantage of abundant mineral resources nearby. The process is controlled strictly with comprehensive sampling and testing.

In pelletization process, with the automatic control system, WANLI can immensely reduce the consume of electricity and detritions of equipment, thus cutting down costs.

In sieving process, the patented multi-functional screening sieve invented by WANLI can perform the screening and inspection repeatedly with high efficiency. All particles will go through 4 systems controlled by the screen of combined rotary drum sieve to tally with the required size range.

In storage process, there is specialized finished product warehouse in the factory. The finished product will be packed and stored in the warehouse where the industry standards are strictly enforced especially the damp-proof and moisture-proof measures.

During the whole process, all the rules in QA/QC system are carried according to API SPEC Q1 & ISO 9001:2008, therefore the quality are strongly guaranteed. Besides, there are specialized pollution discharge systems in all the production procedures which decrease the pollution immensely. The vacuum dedusting equipments are installed in every workshop, which help to create a clean and healthy environment for staff.

R&D Center

We have our own R&D centers. With an area of 1300 square meter, WANLI R&D Center has professional labs for physics and chemistry testing. In the center, there are appointed detecting equipments made by the national designated factory. With years of development, the center has improved methods for test and research, which makes great contribution to the technological updating and economic benefits. Every year, the technical staffs are sent to the National Institute of Refractory, Fracturing and Acidizing Center in Langfang for further study. At the same time, we regularly invite fracturing experts from SINOPEC and CNPC for technical guidance, which guarantees the leading position of our technology in domestic industry.
