All the color pen products strictly conform to international standards and raw material required in the production is reusable and environment-friendly.Below are some details listed for reference.
Plastic parts All plastic material used in production are subject to En71 standards,to ensure a good stability and flexibility of the product.Parts match perfectly with each other and there will be no leakage under a pressure of 20kpa.Cap pull is about 10-15N.Shelf life is guaranteed as 2 years for PP barrels and 1 year for PS barrels.
Plastic Coloring Colorants are all subject to EN71 standards and are all imported.With very special coloring process,all the products are made non-toxic with bright vivid colors.Also with the fine colorants,there will be no fading,no transference and no change in colors under normal temperature.
Ink All conform to EN71-part9 requirements by using qualified dye-stuff and purified water.Ink colors are bright and vivid.
Tip There are 2 types of nibs:porous nib and fibre nib,supplied by Chinese makers but subject EN71 standards.Fine nibs ensure a nice drawing experience with no fork lines,good adhesion to the paper,good resistance to different temperatures,perfect matching with different ink colors. And very important, nibs will neither slip into the barrel under any pressure less than 8N,nor break off under any pressure less than 5N.
