PASS BOX is one kind of facilities, which located on partition walls of clean room and its function shall be a buffer area for transferring goods between inside and outside of clean room. So that, it can prevent any disturbance of airflow and air pressure in clean room, which caused by the door opening for goods transferring. Furthermore, it can reduce the time for operators¡¯ moving in and out, to prevent any dust coming from the out regions. That¡¯s why there is one interlock guard system controlled the inlet and the outlet of PASS BOX not be opened at the same time, in order to prevent the cross contamination
The material of the passing box is 304 type stainless steel, we can produce various passing box ,such as mechanical interlocking, electronical interlocking, air shower passing box.
Users can specify the size. Special requirements shall be specified when orders are issued, and we can make the passing box with different specifications per the users' request.

By taking electronic interlocking, the two doors of the stainless steel clean room pass box cannot be opened at the same time. The adopted lock is the high strength magnetic lock. It can bear the load of 60kg. The two doors of the product are set with transparent visible observation windows with round corners. They are flat and smooth without welding spot. The embedded design makes the doors and the body of the product at the same plane. The PVC plastic sealing strip is also available with good sealing performance. The soft contact control type switches of the two doors control the door lock and ultraviolet lamp respectively. Meanwhile, the bottom corners of the interior of the product are designed with the arc of 45 degrees. With a nice interior available, the product can be cleaned easily. In addition, a matched ultraviolet lamp tube can be provided with the product for free.
