FL Series Fluidized Granulator

Features:

Principle: 
The powder granule in the container (fluid-bed)appear to be in the state of fluidization. It is preheated and mixed with clean and heated air. At the same time, the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed into the container. It makes particles become granulated and turn into granule which contains adhesive. Because of unceasing dry by hot air, the moisture in the granule is evaporated and the adhesive is solidified. The process is carried out continuously. Finally, it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules. 

Applications: 
1. Pharmaceutical: tablet, capsule, low sugar or no sugar granule of Chinese medicine. 
2. Foodstuff: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, juice of granule, flavoring and so on. 
3. Other industries: pesticide, feed, chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff and so on. 
4. Powder or granular wet raw material. 
5. Coating: granule, protective layer of pill, pellicle, enteric coating and so on.
