JKLP bottle unscrambler is applicable to automatic unscrambling of medical plastic bottles, replacing manual operation. With simple operation and stable performance, it is a kind of automatic bottle unscrambling equipment based on the integration of engine, electricity and air. It can be used along with automatic cap screwing machine, automatic capper and automatic labelling machine, with wide application in pharmaceutical, food and chemical engineering industries.
Features
1. Adopt electronic speed control motor to ensure synchronization of bottle velocity and packaging velocity, without bottle-falling impact phenomena.
2. This equipment is installed with bottle-erecting device to ensure bottles enter packaging production line with their mouths upwards.
3. Photoelectric detector is installed to ensure that bottles unscrambling motor can operate automatically under unattended circumstances and stop operation in time of bottles squeezing.
