ZLC-003 Battery Management System for Car
1. Overview
This management system can achieve ATJ-BMS intelligent management (for 20 cells). Sampling in time, manages and saves battery information when battery is in use; exchanges UART data with external device; when use the battery in application, the entire problem will be solved. It will assure battery stable status and maximize battery life.
2. Application
Apply for Li-ion, Li-polymer and LifePo4 battery, etc rechargeable battery pack in electrical vehicles, communication energy storage and electric tool, etc.

Intelligent equilibrium
This system works with expending intelligent equilibrium. When voltage is greater than the set dropout voltage (30mV) and individual battery voltage is greater than starting voltage (4.0V), intelligent equilibrium function of BMS will work, discharging the individual high voltage battery in the charging or static condition to protect the battery.
BMS protection
Use MOSFET as switching devices, with advantages of low power consumption, small volume and quick response, etc. Have real time monitoring voltage, current and temperature, etc. Quick response and alarm in abnormal condition, which can ensure a safer usage of battery.
Communication
With UART communication to exchange data to have real time monitor of BMS data, also can support Bluetooth module for mobile devices read data.
