Rotary drum dryer has advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenient for transportation.
1. Rotaty dryer consist of a horizontally inclined rotating cylinder.
2. Raw materials are fed at one end and discharged at the other end.
3. In rotary dryer, hot gases move through the cylinder in direct contact with the material, either with or against the direction of its flow.
4. The rotary drum dryer is equipped with flights, which lift the material and shower it down through the hot gas stream.
5. The internal adopts assembled structure has improved the accuracy of the equipment and it is easy to transport and install.
6. According to the characteristics of different raw materials, we have arranged the second granulation zone reasonably so as to improve the dryer effect.
7. Adopts assembled hoist board so as to exchange heat fully and lower the energy consumption.
8. Temperature induction monitor, uniform vibration and airproof. setting, which improve performance and productivity efficiently.
The wet materials are fed into the material hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator or screw conveyor, then the mateiral is charged into the rotary dryer, and the heat source is fed on the other end, there are lifting boards inside the dryer which makes the material is heated evenly and the fan is used to pump the wet air inside the rotary dryer, meantime with the rotation of the rotary dryer for raw materials, the materials move towards to the end of the rotary dryer, and the mateiral can be dried when it is discharged from the rotary drum dryer.
