PSX sand-stone-making production line is largely composed of GFP high efficiency deep cavity jaw crusher(or GXPE hyperboloid super fine jaw crusher), PCS high efficiency sand-stone-making machine, HS revolving sand-stone-making machine, YK high efficiency round vibrating screen and XS high efficiency sand-stone-washing machine. This production line represented the highest level for sand stone machinery in China. Four parts of the production line have been respectively awarded the National Technological Award and Important National New Product Award. Customers speak highly of its advanced performance and excellent efficiency.
DTⅡbelt conveyor is connected to PSX production line. We employ CAD technology to optimize the structure of conveying mechanism. The reconstruction reduces the power consumption and abrasion of belt. No running deviation, low failure opportunity and easy maintenance feature this mechanism.
Twenty sets of motors of this series are centrally controlled. All of them are of famous brand. The central controlled cabinet is amusing in appearance with modern sense. It is easy to control and maintain. The signals are clear.
PSX manual sand-stone-making combines the domestic and foreign advanced technology of crushing, screening, conveying and controlling. This production line is of high efficiency. The granule shape and fineness modular are much more advantageous than others. ASZ double channels closed circuit television monitoring system is introduced for this production line to achieve remote control. Electronic belt weighing device is emplyed. Electronic measurement lays a foundation for overcoming management difficulty, improving efficiency, lowing consumption, achieving remote automatic management computerized management.
This production line possesses the following features:
1. Its investment is only 1/2-1/3 that of conventional production line;
2. The cost of ton-sand-stone is only 40-60% that of conventional production line.
3. Highly automatic production. Only 4 workers are needed for the single task.
