The three artificial agglomeration process of iron mineral fines are siner, pellet and barbecuing. The cold-pressed pellet belongs to low- temperature consolidation process. Comparing with the high-temperature agglomeration, such as siner and pellet, it has the advantage of low cost, simple equipment, less investment, easy mass production and simple production process. Therefore, it has a great development these years, and it is an ideal agglomeration process, especially, to the middle-and small blast furnace which do not have sinter equipment.
