I. CZM80 Powder Mill Plant Description
CZM80 Powder Mill Plant mainly consists of Hammer Crusher, Bucket Elevator, Storage Hopper, Vibrating Feeder, Mainframe of the Mill, High Pressure Air Blower, Powder Collector, Pulse filter, etc. When the plant starts working, large stone materials are crushed by hammer crusher into needful small ones which will be elevated by bucket elevator to storage hopper, and then the small materials will be evenly and continuously fed into grinding chamber by vibrating feeder for grinding.
The grinded powder swirls and flows upwards together with airstreams from high pressure air blower, and disgregated by the classifier. The fine powder which meets the request will finally go to dust collector and discharged from the duscharging valve under the dust collector; The coarse powder will return to grinding chamber for regrinding and classifying until they meet the request.
