The shaking table belongs to stream film beneficiation equipment; three major parts are composed of from bed face, chassis and transmission-mechanism. In bed face, lengthwise one end sets up an actuator. There are obvious incline in transverse direction facing in bed. Arrange to give a feed chute and a feed water tank in oblique superjacent. Arrange to have the bed strip on bed surface lengthways. The height of bed strip reduces gradually from the driving end to the offside. The entire machine tool is propped up by the chassis and the chassis has allocated the slope device.

(1) Strong shaking of the bed strengthens stratification and separate transportation of ore particles. In the sorting process, segregation is dominant and this leads to a more optimized density separation.

 

(2)It is one kind of beveled thin layer stream beneficiation. So the different ore particles could be separated by their different moving speed.

 

(3)The separation of particles with different characteristics is not simply decided by their moving speed in the longitude and transverse direction, but depends on the angle of their resultant velocity deviating from the shaking angle.
