It has a good effect in a short time (about 5-8 minutes) after inoculation treatment, and is mainly applicable to the general natural or late instantaneous inoculation in various situations.
USE：
* Strongly increase the graphitized core, refine graphite, promote the production of a-type graphite in gray cast iron, improve the strength, for nodular cast iron can make graphite in nodular iron small, round, improve the level of spheroidization.
* Barium Silicon Inoculant can effectively reduce the supercooling degree of hot metal, promote the precipitation of graphite, significantly reduce the tendency of white hole, reduce the relative hardness, and improve the cutting performance of castings.
* The decay resistance is strong, the decay resistance time is twice as long as 75 silicon, the addition of barium silicon inoculant is less than half of 75 ferrosilicon inoculant, while preventing the associated spheroidal decline.
* The sensitivity of wall thickness is small, the uniformity of section is improved, and the tendency of shrinkage and loosening is reduced.
* The chemical composition is stable, the processing particle size is even, the composition and the quality deviation is small.
* Low melting point (less than 1300), easy to absorb when inoculation treatment, little scum.
