Product Introduction of Calcium Silicon:
1) Calcium Silicon is an alloy composed of calcium, silicon, iron and other elements, and widely used and largely produced of iron alloy.
2) Calcium, silicon and oxygen have a strong affinity. Especially calcium, not only has a strong affinity with oxygen and sulfur, nitrogen, but also has very strong affinity. So the Si Ca alloy is a kind of ideal composite deoxidizer and desulfurization agent.
3) With the traits of easy to float, easy to exhaust, it improves the performance of steel, enhances the ductility, impact toughness and flowability of steel.
4)At present, calcium silicon alloy can replace the aluminum for final deoxidization.
