Aluminum window door corner combining/crimping machine (model:LZJ-02)
Brief introduction
1).This machine model LZJ-02 is used for production line of hi-grade Aluminum doors and windows, mainly used for 90 degree corner joining of Aluminum profiles, place an angle-alu in cavities of two driven striking blocks punch towards the flute of angle-alu, Extruding the seam of two profiles makes strength, efficiency and precision of the connection higher than using any means for connection.
2).The left and right crimping knives, driven by hydraulic system though a joint-action device, feed synchronously, which guarantees the accuracy and strength of corner crimping and improve the quality of Aluminum doors and windows greatly.
3).Place a corner connector into the cavity of the two profiles before corner crimping, and the hydraulic-driven crimping knives make permanently cold deformation on Aluminum profile outer layers.
4).Single-head Aluminum corner combining/crimping machine is the basic equipment for Aluminum doors and windows, easy to operate, economical and practical.
