Description:

JQF-6.0 Autoclaved aerated concrete cutting machine is one of JQF-6.0 series product. It is a constant cutting developed from moving cutting. The machine is composed of longitudinal (horizontal) cutting machine, transverse (vertical) cutting machine, cutting trolley, hydraulic jacking device and guide rail. And, the vertical cutting machine has been modified from fixed swing, spring tension to frame swing and cylinder tension. Using frame swing increases the contact surface and life of steel wire; and using cylinder tension removes the deform defect of spring tension which also improves the cutting accuracy.

Cutting Conditions

When the casted mould blank is turned 90 degree in the air and lifted on the cutting cart, after de-mould and being moved to the work section of horizontal cutting machine and vertical cutting machine by first cutting cart, it will be cut from six surfaces. First, it will be cut 4 surfaces horizontally by the longitudinal cutting machine, and then it will be moved to the transverse cutting machine by the first trolley. After the hydraulic jacking device lifts the mould blank, the first cart will be back to original location and ready for next blank. Meanwhile, the second cutting cart is moving under the vertical cutting machine. The blank will be put down on the second cutting cart by hydraulic jacking device and cut by vertical cutting machine. After finished cutting, the blank will be moved by the same cart under the semi-finished product sling and hanged on the steam trolley by the sling. In the same time, the next mould blank is under cutting moved by the first cutting cart. The cycle time is about 4 minutes.

Single machine function

See vertical cutting machine (Drawing 2). It cuts the both end of the mould blank. The length will be determined base on the requirement, and it will cut vertically from upper to bottom in the center of the blank base on the thickness requirement.

All the main parts of the vertical cutting machine are made of square and rectangular steel tube which has many advantages of good rigidity, long life, convenient structure and easy to install and adjust.

It is composed of gantry, transverse frame, bottom beam, guide    shaft (a guide sleeve for special lubricants bearings, without refuel), transverse swinging device, vertical cutting transmission system (lifting by the composition of sprocket and chain) and cutting wiring.

Working principles

When the mould blank stays at the horizontal cutting machine work section, both vertical cutting and horizontal cutting begins in the same time while starting cutting. From top to bottom, the vertical cutting is driven by K87S-22YEJ-5.5-B31 reducer. The sprocket is transmitted by transmission reducer and makes the cutting frame up and down to realize the vertical cutting action. The horizontal cutting is driven by K47-Y-3-4P-9.1-M4-I-ACW reducer. Through the eccentric mechanism swing device, the cutting steel wire is driven to make reciprocating movement which is the horizontal cutting action. The cutting steel wire set in the both sides will cut the blank at the required length. The center steel wire will cut as product requirement. Each group of steel wire is tightened by air cylinder and located by scale. The cutting time of per mould blank (up and down) is 121.5 seconds.
