Belt-type sintering machine



Overview:





Belt-type sintering machine is the major necessary equipment of the large and middle smelting enterprises’ smelting factories for production of pre-iron sintering ore. . After sintering by such sintering machine, the mixed materials containing various contents generate hot sintering ore to be used in blast furnace iron-making after crushing and cooling. At present, the belt-type sintering machines are successfully used in nickel ore sintering, chromes ore sintering, manganese ore sintering and iron ore sintering. 











Structure features: 





Belt-type sintering machine is the sintering mechanical equipment, consisting of a trolley driven by front and rear sprockets and carrying mixed materials, as well as equipped with igniter and exhaust fan. The trolley is fed and ignited in the front and discharged at the rear. Through air drafting and combustion supporting by the exhaust fan, the mixed materials are burnt from top to bottom and then generate sinters in effective sintering length,. During the sintering process a lot of sulfur has been removed from the ores. 





Sinter production with belt-type sintering machine has features such as high output, superior quality, high finished product rate, lowered energy consumption, easy use and maintenance and long service life, and plays an important role in environment protection of metallurgic enterprises.







New-type efficient ring sintering machine





New-type ring sintering machine is the major equipment of the middle and small smelting enterprises’ smelting factories for sinter production before iron smelting. After sintering in sintering machine, the mixed materials containing various contents generate hot sinters to be used in blast furnace or electric furnace ; after crushing and cooling. The quality sintering ore are the important guarantee for electric furnace and blast furnace smelting indicators. 







1. The integrated operation of automatic proportioning, mixture, sintering, crushing and air cooling features compact process, continuous production, sufficient output meeting the standard, thus saving labor cost and reduced energy consumption.





2. During proportioning, the disc machine blends the materials in proportion to meet requirement of the blast furnace on the alkalinity.





3. The mixing process is a combination of the primary mixing and the secondary mixing. Through scientific calculation, the reasonable rotate speed can make the mixed materials mixed evenly; the formed granules have well ventilation function during sintering and speed up the sintering. 





4 This sintering machine is ring-shaped one featuring advantages such as small volume, compact structure, continuing operating, high output. Above all, it sues coal gas ignition combustion, realizing energy recycle and reducing production cost. 





5. The close combination of material crusher and sintering machine saves time, cost and other expenses during operation.

Fundamental principle :







Pig machine is the last link in metallurgic process. The molten iron form the submerged arc furnace is carried to the pig machine by molten iron tank car and finally becomes finished pig iron ingot through spraying and cooling by circulating water. The pig machine is a chain rail at bevel with 6°-9° with a pig iron ingot mold fixed on it. With the rolling of the chain rail, the crane slowly tilt the iron tank so that the molten iron in the tank flows into the pig iron ingot mold and then go through circulating water spraying and cooling zone. In this way the molten iron is cooled and becomes finished pig iron ingot. The chain rail needs running at different speeds based on different blast furnace tapping volumes, molten iron temperatures and speed of molten iron dumping of the crane. Besides, because pig iron ingot mold is full of molten iron, the chain rail is required to be stable during acceleration, deceleration and normal operation. So, frequency converter-driven motor is adopted to satisfy process requirements.
