Double-belt laminating machine is composed of upper and lower belt, closed system on both sides and hydraulic lifting system. Sandwich panel will be solidified and shaped in this machine.Laminating machine is mainly used to overcome the tension produced in foaming process and assure the surface of panel be more flat and uniform in thickness.
Features
1.Adopting frequency vector technology to drive it, equiped with German Siemens brand servo motor and Italian reducer, upper and lower belts being synchronous, friction between belt and panel being avoided;
2.Adjusting distance between upper and lower belts by electronic hydraulic jack and inventer motor, very safe and labor-saving;
3.Belt being composed of fine processed chain steel panel, very flat, accuracy difference between two steel panels being limited +-0.02mm, avoiding deformity and scratch of panel, surface avoiding deforming;
4.Steel panel being replaced with each other easily;
5.Suspension snap-connection being used in closed system, stopping board being installed and disassembled very easily, labor-saving and time-saving. Width and height between stopping boards being adjusted automatically in order to adapt to produce different sandwich panels, controlling accuracy reaching 0.5mm, operating very flexibly and automatically.
6.Max. length reaching 36m, the efficiency being increased by 20~30% than current laminating machine.
