I. Introduction 

This machine is applied to punch the fin in the evaporator, which is including decoiler, oil tank, main machine, fin die, and fin stacker. Finally, when the quantity reach the number presetting, the stacker will move automatically, then take off the fins by hand.

II. Main technical performance

III. Transiting principle and mechanism

This machine adopts with mechanical transiting, by sensor switch, control the aluminum foil feeding. When the aluminum foil up, near to the sensor switch, the motor stars to work, and take the aluminum foil coil running, and loose the foil coil. Through the time delay switch, close the motor.

The fin will be made by the fin die driven by the motor, fin die equips with feeding device. At the beginning, the aluminum foil will move forward by air cylinder clamping, each feeding, each punching. When the aluminum foil reaches the pulling position, the fin die will pulling the aluminum foil automatically, air cylinder clamping will stop working.  After that, the whole process including punching hole, flaring, trimming and slitting will be finished.

IV. Operation process

1.Prepare for starting

  A. Check each lubricating place, and add engine oil for each shift. The lubricating place is mainly including rotating shaft, guideline surface, fin die guide shaft and bearings.

  B. Check the electric circuit, parameters in the touching screen, such as production quantity and punching times etc, then running the machine without material.

2. Notice for starting

Before starting, the user is better to run the belt in the motor, if the machine can work fluently, then press the start button. And choose the frequency for punching in the touching screen. This machine should start from low speed, which is about 20, then start to work, increase to 40-50, which is the normal working frequency.

The aluminum foil should be fixed by two plates, in the middle of the fin die. For aluminum foil width, should 1-2mm more than the width for two sides. There is wool felt in the machine, the users should add lubricating oil often, but not too much to spill out from two sides.

V. Installation

This machine is easy to do the installation. Put the machine in the flat ground, check the surface level before, then fix the expanding screw. The center of decoiler should be in compliance with the machine center. The distance between decoiler and main machine is  about 2000mm. The clean carton or paper should be put in the distance of decoiler and main machine, to avoid the aluminum fin reach the ground, which easy to damage the aluminum foil surface. The expanding screw should be used in the decoiler.

This machine uses 380V,3 phase, 4 wires power supply in the electric box. In order to suit different country’s different requirement for the power supply, there is transformer for standing by, the power of transformer is 4-5KW.

Air source is 0.4-0.6mp, which can adopt air compressor, which only need 8-10mm diameter pipe.

VI. Notice and maintenance 

1.Keep the machine clean, and take off the wasted material and aluminum fin on time.

2.All the screws should be fastened, need to check often.

3. Keep each sparts excellent lubricating, add lubricating oil often in the bearings, guideline etc.

4. The input voltage should more or less 10% of nominal voltage.

5. Make sure there is good ground connecting wire.

6. During the working, do not touch the machine and spare parts. When there is problem, firstly, turn off the power.
