Introduction

1. This machine is composed of machine base, feeding table, discharging table and counter-force device, body transmission part and upper pressure plate lifting device.

2. The function of the base is to install the motor and the body

3. The feeding table includes pressing rollers, etc., which are used to make the material to be folded flat and feed it into the folding machine vertically.

The body and transmission part, including the upper and lower folding blades, large and small cams, transmission parts, etc., whose function is to form the alternate folding movement of the upper and lower blades through the combined movement of the large cam and the vertical and horizontal sliders to complete the rotation folding process.

6. The function of the upper pressing plate lifting device is to ensure the height of the corrugation when pulling out. When the pulling out is finished, the upper pressing plate can be quickly and conveniently lifted to take out the corrugation.
