* The accuracy of testing standard samples with this instrument is ≥98%. The test method uses the standard oil provided by the manufacturer for an experiment, and the viscosity drop value meets the requirements of SH / T0103-92 between 2.75 and 2.85.
* Repeatability error requirements of the instrument: the difference between the two test results obtained by the same operator using the same instrument on the same sample under the same operating conditions for repeated measurements cannot be greater than 1.05%
* The nozzle used in the instrument adopts the Bosch DN 8 S 2 type pin plug nozzle imported from Germany.
* Diesel double plunger jet pump: Bosch PE2A90 imported from Germany
* Pressure gauge: imported shockproof 0-40MPa
* Thermometer: display accuracy ± 0.1 ℃.
* Equipped with time relay to control the working time of diesel double plunger injection pump.
* Users can be equipped with a low-temperature circulating water cooling system according to requirements, the temperature is within ± 5 ℃.
