PRP Treatment Procedures
1. Draw whole blood of approx 8ml into the 10ml PRP tube, 12ml into the 15ml PRP tube.
2. Invert the tube several times to ensure the anticoagulant is mixed with the whole blood.
3. Place the tube into the centrifuge. Always ensure the centrifuge is correctly balanced before beginning the
Centrifuge (counterbalance with a PRP tube filled with water).
4. Centrifuge at 3700rpm for 8mins.
5. After centrifugation, the red blood cells and most of the white blood cells will be below the gel. PRP (platelet
Rich plasma) will be above the gel and PPP (platelet poor plasma) will be at the top of the tube.
6. Using long needle with syringe to get the PRP and transfer it into small syringes for injectio
