 Features

1.1 This equipment is an energy-saving equipment, and the daily electricity consumption is 320 degrees (the traditional model is about 600 degrees).

1.2 Continuous annealing and tinning can be performed at the same time. Low noise, fast speed and stable performance.

1.3 The annealing furnace and the tinning furnace are controlled by SCR+ temperature control table, and the temperature distribution in the furnace is uniform. High precision and energy saving.

1.4 Using 316# stainless steel (the heating wire is CR20Ni08 nickel-chromium wire) heating wire, the temperature is balanced and the heating is fast. Built-in Luyang thermal insulation cotton and aluminum silicate board for heat preservation and heat insulation.

1.5 Adopt stepless speed regulation, lead screw arrangement, and configure frequency converter and deceleration motor.

1.6 The wire take-up adopts the upper and lower two-layer integrated type, which can produce several wire diameters at the same time. Each section of each axis is equipped with independent switches, independent torque take-up and voltage regulation.

2. Annealing furnace

2.1 External furnace: It is made of national standard A3 plate by precision welding, with a total length of 9 meters and a thickness of 560 mm.

2.2 Inner tank: This equipment is an energy-saving product with a double tank structure. The inner tank is welded by national standard 304# stainless steel, with built-in Luyang thermal insulation blanket and fiber mechanism board for thermal insulation and heat insulation.

2.3 The hob is equipped with a heating wire to heat up quickly and the temperature is uniform. The total power is 54KW. (A heating tube is available, or specified by the customer.)

2.4 The furnace tube adopts stainless steel seamless tube, the specification is: ø14X2.25X9700mm.
