Main function:
1. Automatic loading and unloading, after loading the inspection time of once is 5-30 seconds;
2. Fully automatic, without human intervention, and the changeover time is 5-10 minutes;
3. When the measuring machine size test result is OK, the product robot will remove the product and place the OK material box; if the result is NG, the product robot will remove the product and place the NG material box;
4. Used with Automatic detection machine;

General introduction of equipment
Overview of the whole machine:
1. The equipment is mainly composed of loading carrying mechanism,unloading carrying mechanism, feeding mechanism, OK/NG material box mechanism, operation interface mechanism, cabinet assembly, software control, etc.;
2. The loading/unloading mechanism is synchronized for handling to improve the material handling rate. The handling time can be completed in 2-3 seconds to complete the synchronization of loading and unloading, reducing the waiting time of the testing equipment;
3. The cabinet components adopt square pass + sheet metal board, the equipment is firm, and the appearance is beautiful;
4. The handling module can ensure that the equipment realizes accurate material receiving, and the loading and unloading are in the same position;
5. Independent research and development of the software, the same function has been applied to multiple projects and long-term stable operation;
