BRJ-1100 Foil Coiling Machine is a dedicated for the production of low-voltage coils for dry-type transformers and even for production of energy-saving large-capacity transformer coils. The model is featured by the following:
Available for lap winding or parallel winding of double-layer foils(Aluminum of Copper), and also for single-layer winding. The lower layer adopts three-point simultaneous correction technology, which facilitates high coorection speed and high accuracy. In addition to employing imported linear guide and ball screw, the(in order to ensure smooth welding quality, but also optional water cooling system)The tension of the foil is genreated by the de-coiling device. The winding spindle is controlled by a variable frequency system so that the machine will maintain stable positive rotation and negative rotation even when under fairly powerful tension. Except for the motor, the implementing mechanism is controlled by pneumatic components.
