This machine is a new type of practical chalk-producing appliance.
It improved the old one's many disadvantages. such as : Inefficient. High labor intensity. Materialwasting. rough appearance.

of chalkmaking appliances. The machine is supplied water automatically,mixing material by electric mixer,filling mould,taking
off mould, all the work are in a round assembly-line. Automatic beating and water supply, product line, 3 operators, 560000-700000 pieces per day, 8hours/day.
Mainly features of the chalk making machine
1. Slaked lime mixer, power on ,then fill in the water. the rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.
2. The mold should be luricated enough. and should be lubricated for every cycle.
3. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6 minutes.
4. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from the model, then dry in the sun.
5.The packing should be completed by handwork.
6. The shape can be round, rectangle or star shape.
7. The length of the chalk can be from 70mm-100mm
