Features

1. Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water .

    The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half .

2. The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle .

3. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes .

4.When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet 

    chalk come off from  the model, then dry in the sun .

5. The packing should be completed by handwork.

6. The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape. 

    The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
