Product Advantages
- Designed for the auto assembly of crown type and nylon cages of ball bearings, with steel ball diameter between 0.8mm-2mm and ball number less than 13. Ball separation and collection is flexible to minimize injuries to steel balls.
- Unique dual-rod cage feeding structure and linkage mechanical pawl structure for cage picking.
- The pneumatic-hydraulic pressure cylinder can be used for riveting, with pressure and travel controllable and adjustable.
- Proprietary imaging technology for lack of rivets, balls and riveting defects inspection.
