9. Welding Inspection:

Ultrasonic Testing: T-wise weld seams need to be inspected 100%.

The other weld seams should be inspected 25% randomly. Double the percentage if the result is unqualified. Inspect 100% if it is still unqualified.

10. Stress Relief:  

Shell under tyre should be heat treated for stress relieving, test certificate for stress relieving to be given. Gear, tyre, supporting roller, thrust roller should be tempered to relieve the casting stress; supporting welding base should be firstly tempered, and then machined.
