Introduction:
VGB-6 front window dewatering and deaeration cycle glove box is specially designed for studying material science, chemistry, semiconductor and related industries. It adopts Germany BASF oxygen-removing material and UOP high-efficiency water-absorbing material. The water oxygen content in the box can be long-term. Continuously maintain a high clean and high purity gas environment with gas purity below 1ppm. The air pressure and purification status of the hand/automatic control system; the automatic reduction process of the gas purification system; the system control parameters can be set; the automatic prompting and alarm function, the system parameter recording function, and the operating condition monitoring function of the system actuator are provided. Another transparent front panel is used to make the operation more convenient and easy, so it is widely used in the preparation of nanomaterials and battery electrode materials.

Precautions
1. When the gas inside the glove box is circulated, it must be ensured that the piping of the circulatory system is unobstructed.
2. Do not allow corrosive gases in the glove box.
3, to regularly regenerate the glove box.
4. The deoxygenation rate of the glove box depends on the working gas introduced. The effect of deoxygenation using N2 is better than that of Ar.
5. If a corrosive gas (such as LiPF6 electrolyte) is placed inside the glove box, the liquid bottle must be sealed when not in use.
