Can be used as chemical reagent, glass etching agent (participate in hydrofluoric acid and), fermentation industrial disinfectant and preservative, by beryllium oxide system of metal beryllium solvents and silicon steel plate surface treated, also used in the manufacture ceramics, magnesium alloy, boiler water supply system and vapor generation system of cleaning the scale to take off, and oil field of sand acid treatment, also used as alkylation, isomerization catalyst components.
