Description: Main filter media of pleated filter element is stainless steel sintered fiber and stainless steel weaving wire mesh.

Stainless steel sintered fiber is a kind of stainless steel media, sintered into a graded pore structure, the filter element enjoys the advantage of high porosity rate, big filtration area and good dirt holding capacity, and can also be used repeatedly after chemical cleaning, etc.

Stainless steel weaving wire mesh is weaved with stainless steel wire, the filter element has such characteristics of good strength, fastness, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, low cost, etc.

Filter accuracy: 3 micron to 200 micron is available. The size is available at customers’ requirement.
