DESCRIPTION:
- The ball fiber forming machine QL006D is combined with a custom size bale breaker, fine fiber opening machine and pre-forming fiber ball machine and re-forming ball fiber machine.
- The finished fiber ball will be loaded into a existing silo ready for the next program;
- The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC program that can be handled by only 1 operator from the end program;
- As long as the machine is started with material that will be running with an automatic transmission that can be controlled by the same operator.
- To make different standard fiber ball, we need set up the program according to different fiber type, quality and feature after testing to reduce the feeding, forming and discharging speed in order to get a required fiber ball quality;
- All electrical key parts are adapted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Schneider and AB etc.
