The production line is used for making coir fiber mattress, material such as coir fiber, plam or hemp, jute fiber etc. It is auto operated, from the original coir fiber to the mats.Coir mats could be widely used to these field: sofa cushion, bed mattress, car mat, soil and water conversation board, etc. It is natural and heathy friendly, durable, good permeability, and it can be cleaned. Meanwhile, the mat made from coir fiber without the phenomonon of delimenation and looseness, it is better than A grade spring mattress.

Processing Procedure:
1. Coir Fiber Bale Opener
This machine is used on opening and loosening coir fiber in bales, output and transfer to next process.
2. Coir Fiber Automatic Feeder:
This machine will mix coir fiber which opened from bales, and transfer to next procedure after processing more evenly.It feed material in ration by volume style, convenient adjustment, supplying coir fiber accurately and evenly.
3. Coir Fiber Carding Machine:
This mahcine used for carding coir fiber, to make the fiber thickness distributed evenly.
4. Cross Lapper:
This machine used for laying the coir fiber which have been distributed well to a certain width and thickness by control inverter, easy operation. Then transfer to next procedure after pressing.
5. Coir Felt Needle Punching Machine:
This machine used for stitching coir fiber felt with needles cyclingly moving up to down.
6. Glue Sprayer
Two sets glue sprayer applies for spraying latex or other kind of glue evenly onto coir felt which is output from needle punching machine, then convey the coir felt into next procedure.
7. Oven
This machine must work with boiler which generated by heat oil or natural gas or steam or coal. There are three layer telflon mesh receive the coir felt which has been sprayed. It is cycling heating process from the top layer to the below layer. Heating temperature can up to 100 degree if use steam, temperature can up to 200 degree if you use heating oil. The coir sheet will be transfer next machine—automatic cutting machine
8. Automatic Cutting Machine
This machine mainly in the later coir mat production line. It will cut the coir sheet edge in width and length which output from oven. To make the coir sheet in a good shape, then we can put the coir sheet onto press machine to get a certain thcikness mat.
9. Press Machine:
This machine mainly used in compressing and shaping both sides of coir sheet. Putting 2-4 pieces coir sheet onto one press plate( there are 5-7 pcs press plate) and pressing to one piece coir mats. If you want thickness more than 10 cm, machine should be install 5 press plates. We will get four pieces coir mats if there are 5 press plates. And getting 6 coir mats if there are 7 press plates.
10. Trimming Machine
This machine used in the later coir mat production line. We can use it to cut coir mat edge( width and length) which compressed well from pressing machine. Then we get final product coir mats!
