17AM-D+PTC series derivering from 17AM-D are widely used against over heat and over current in cleaner,disintegrator,blender,cropper,electric tools etc..
 
Configuration & Principium
17AM-D+PTC series is based on 17AM-D+PTC with a heating element that is parallel connection with the contact of 17AM-D. When thermal protector in protection status, under the voltage of 110v or above the heating element will work to keep the contact separate;when the power cut off, the heating element stop working;as the temperature of thermal protector down to preset temperature, thermal protector will reset automaticlly. It will be safer and more credible for 17AM-D+PTC to protect again over heat and over current with its characters.
 
Rating Action Temperature
Rating action temperature and reset temperature please refer to 17AM-D series. The rang of preset temperature is from 70 to 150 degree centigrade every 5 degree a grade.
Under ambient of 25 degree centigrade and thermal protector being in protecting status, thermal protector will reset after power off 20 or 30 seconds.
