1. When can I get the quotation? Which mail box?

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

If you need a sample, we will charge you the sample cost, the sample cost depends on your requirements.

The sample will take 7 dyas to finish and send to you.

3.Do I must pay for the sample fee?

No,you don't have to pay for the sample fee for usual products if you play order directly.

4. What kinds of files do you accept for printing?

AI, Coral Draw, PDF and High resolution JPG, ect.

5. Can you do the design for us?

Yes, we have designers to make computer design for your hats. 

6. How can I do the payment? And payment terms?

We accept 50& deposit before mass production, 50% balance before shipment.
